A guest lecture titled "Synthetic Biology Applications inIndustrial Biotechnology" was conducted on January 24, 2025, at 5:00 PM in Room 2S-42. The session was delivered by Dr. Jalees UL Hassan from Northeastern University (NEU), Shenyang, Liaoning, China. The lecture sparked interest in using synthetic biology for local industrial challenges, especially in the sustainable production of bioproducts using microbial platforms. This event was linked to Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 04 – Ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all and 09 - Industry, Innovation, and Infrastructure. The session was moderated by Dr. Muhammad Akram and Mr. Ghadir Ali.
